What are your UK delivery times?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. -

How do I track my order?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from UK stock when available. If an item isn’t in UK stock, it ships from our partner warehouse. -
What’s your returns policy?
You can return unworn items (with tags/packaging) within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Return postage isn’t covered unless the item is faulty. -
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes—exchanges are available within 30 days if stock allows. Start a return and choose “exchange” so we can reserve the new size. -
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can edit or cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t shipped. Contact us ASAP with your order number. -
