  • What are your UK delivery times?
    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping!

  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll get a shipping email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship from UK stock when available. If an item isn’t in UK stock, it ships from our partner warehouse.

  • What’s your returns policy?
    You can return unworn items (with tags/packaging) within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Return postage isn’t covered unless the item is faulty.

  • Can I exchange for a different size?
    Yes—exchanges are available within 30 days if stock allows. Start a return and choose “exchange” so we can reserve the new size.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We can edit or cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t shipped. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay     .All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT

  • How do I choose my size?
    Use the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

  • What if my item is faulty or I received the wrong product?
    Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritise a replacement or issue a refund, including return postage where applicable.
